Educator/Trainer with over 15 years of leading professionals and designing, developing, and presenting, evaluating, and documenting instruction to diverse secondary/post-secondary-level learners to achieve strategic organizational goals.

• Develops and creates learning objectives for each learning event aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

• Collaborates with stakeholders such as project managers, subject matter experts, and department leaders, to ensure that instructional resources are designed, developed, and created specifically to the learning needs of the organization and learners.

• Applies the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) Model for instructional design to analyze the needs of the learners, design objectives, exercises, and assessments, develop courseware, implement the course, and evaluate performance results during the creation of all learning events.

• Analyzes participant evaluation data upon completion of each learning event to drive improvement of learning events, current learning resources, and the creation of new learning resources resulting in higher quality learning opportunities.
